Timesheet Approval Checker v1.6 · companion to Payroll Reconciliation v1.9

Scheduled vs Timesheet cross-check · allocation-document verification · day-by-day roster check

1 · Pay period

Defaults to 1st → 27th of the current month. Adjust to match the period of the CSV export.

2 · Workforce payroll CSV

⚠ Export the CSV from Workforce for exactly the same period as the dates above — this tool checks whatever period the CSV covers.

3 · Daily allocation documents (optional — for the allocation cross-check)

Select all the daily handover/allocation .docx files for the period (you can pick up to 31 at once). The date is read from each filename (e.g. 21_6_2026.docx) or the Date line inside. Staff on the Day and Night shift tables are counted as one shift each.

3b · Rostered Shift Report (optional — enables the day-by-day check)

Workforce → Rostered Shift Report ↗ — set a custom date range matching the allocation documents, then export CSV. One row per shift with Date/Start/Finish. The Cost column is ignored and never shown or exported.
Or fetch live from the Workforce API (covers the selected period automatically):
🔐 The tool reads ONLY id + name from the API. However, the token itself may grant access to sensitive HR data (bank details, NI numbers) — treat it like a password: use a restricted-scope token if available, only enter it on trusted machines, and don't share this tool with the token remembered.

3c · Name aliases (optional — map sheet nicknames to real names)

4 · Run check
